Product Selection

The client can fully delegate the management of their assets to VDAM through various portfolios, including stocks, bonds, and other asset classes, in alignment with the client's investment goals, risk tolerance, and expected returns. Based on the client's delegation, VDAM will identify investment opportunities and take the necessary steps to invest and manage the client's portfolio thereafter.

The Mandated (SMA) is a service in which VDAM invests on behalf of the client according to the client's instructions. Based on the client's requirements, VDAM conducts research and implements investments transparently and honestly, always prioritizing the client's interests. Periodically, VDAM evaluates the client's investment portfolio and provides reports to keep the client informed about the portfolio's status, enabling them to make well-informed decisions for future investments.
SMA's Process
Understanding Client Needs (VDAM and Clients)
- Collect client’s information by a small survey to understand client’s investment objectives, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Discuss and finalize details of services provided to clients.
- Sign the contract.
Account Setup (VDAM and Custodian Bank)
Open a depository account and a payment account at the Custodian Bank to manage client assets.
Assets Transfer (Clients)
Transfer assets to the payment account and/or custody account at the Custodian Bank.
Portfolio Management (VDAM)
Create a diversified investment portfolio. Implement client-specific requirements.
Reconciliation (VDAM and Custodian Bank)
Reconcile figures related to the net asset value (NAV) at the end of each month.
Reports and Communication (VDAM)
- Provide reports to clients and State agencies periodically.
- Addressing client’s inquiries upon request.
Portfolio Investment Report
VDAM will send the portfolio investment report to the client's registered email address within the first five (5) business days of the following month.
